Job DescriptionThis role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and governance frameworks. As a leader, you will be responsible for defining and enforcing Groupwide GFM best practices, ensuring alignment across locations, and driving strategic transformation through digital technologies, data analytics, and AI techniques.
- Define, oversee, and strengthen the governance framework, principles, and processes for Sales and Trading activities and practices within GFM.
- Ensure robust policies, control designs, and monitoring mechanisms are in place, which align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic transformation and continuous enhancements in enterprise processes and employee journeys.
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, law, finance, economics, risk management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of GFM financial products, sales and trading processes, and controls, or GFM-related regulations in Singapore.
- Proven experience in innovative solutioning, transformation, or implementation of risk management and governance controls and processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
