Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Controls Specialist to lead control design, execution, testing, and commissioning across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building management systems, electrical power management systems, and HVAC control applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design detailed control systems incorporating PLC/SCADA/DCS platforms.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to develop controls system strategies, designs, and specifications.
  • Conduct technical reviews of specialist contractors' documentation submissions.
  • Develop technical solutions for client requirements and prepare proposals for tenders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Information and Communications Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years' post-graduate experience across all project development phases.
  • Strong background in BMS, including DDC, PLC control design, and project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC Control Applications, Building Management Systems, and Electrical Power Management Systems.
  • Experience working on various device interfaces, including OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP & RTU, MQTT, BACnet/IP & MSTP, etc.
  • Proficient in networking systems, including physical/virtual servers, network switches (CISCO and MOXA), fibre, and copper cabling, etc.
