Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive to manage a portfolio of clients, handle month-end closing, and prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;
- Ensure timely completion of month-end closing for a portfolio of companies;
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
- Handle day-to-day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;
- Consolidate simple to complex group accounts;
- Compile financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
- Assist in providing financial management services;
- Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;
- Contribute to fund accounting services;
- Support consultancy and business advisory projects as needed;
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years (for executive) or 3 years (for senior) experience in external audit, accounting outsourcing practice, and/or fund administration & fund accounting service provider;
- A degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate verbally and in writing;
- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Desirable IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, RPA, and other modern automation tools.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 45,000 - SGD 70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
