The Service Ambassador role is a critical part of our team, and we're looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Job:

  • We are seeking a skilled Service Ambassador to join our team.
  • This individual will be responsible for presenting menus to patrons, taking orders, answering questions on meal items, making recommendations, and serving food and beverages to customers.
  • The Service Ambassador will also prepare bills that itemize total meal costs and sales taxes, perform cashiering duties, and may be required to prepare food.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Presents menus to patrons and takes orders.
  2. Answers questions on meal items and makes recommendations.
  3. Serves food and beverages to customers.
  4. Prepares bills that itemize total meal costs and sales taxes.
  5. Performs cashiering duties.
  6. May prepare food as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
