Culinary Team Member

Culinary team members are the backbone of any successful kitchen. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:Food Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing a variety of menu items, including soups, salads, entrees, and desserts. This includes chopping, slicing, dicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and presentation standards.
Menu Planning: You will work closely with the chef and other culinary team members to plan menus that are both creative and appealing to customers.
Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management.
Teamwork: As a member of the culinary team, you will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
Sanitation and Safety: You will maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
Skillset: Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure; basic math skills and attention to detail.
