As a highly experienced professional in partnership and alliances, sales, marketing, and business development, we are seeking an individual to join our growing team at Snowflake Computing Singapore PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically planning and delivering cross-functional strategies to achieve sales and development goals across our current and potential Global and Regional System Integrators (SI), Cloud, and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners in the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate the growth of our GSI business in ASEAN
  • Evaluate and refine go-to-market strategies to drive partner engagement and increase mindshare
  • Manage high-performing Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to achieve partnership goals, including sales quotas, technical, and marketing activities
  • Create winning strategies and collaborate with field teams to secure new partnerships
  • Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, professional services, and other relevant teams to ensure success
  • Develop partner-specific account plans with annual and quarterly goals, as well as marketing and enablement plans
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • 15+ years of industry experience in partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, or business development
  • 5+ years of direct channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud, GSI, or SaaS space
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track program progress, and articulate results
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Our estimated salary range for this role is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
