  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives, supporting decision-making and driving results.
  • Engage in lessons and testing conducted by suppliers, expanding expertise and staying current with the latest advancements.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, physics, chemistry, or a related field is required.
  • At least one year's experience in technical customer support or technical training is necessary.
  • Passion for helping others, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving is essential.
  • Proficient in conversing in Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively communicate with colleagues.
  • Intermediate understanding of popular operating systems, including Windows 7/10/11, Linux (Ubuntu), is required.
  • Knowledge of C#, SQL, or Python is an asset.
