Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estate Administration Assistant to join our team at ASIA PROPERTIES & ASSETS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate the booking of estate facilities, including BBQ pits, tennis courts, and function rooms, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Support the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, collaborating with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for seamless documentation and administration of the estate.
  • Ensure regular updates of notice boards with relevant information and announcements.
  • Process maintenance fee billing to residents, issue reminders, and perform other administrative tasks related to accounting and finance.
  • Assist with coordinating council meetings and annual general meetings as instructed by the Condominium Manager.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a property management or front desk/customer service environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Compensation:

The estimated monthly salary for this position is around SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,200, depending on qualifications and experience.
