Your New Role:
We are looking for a skilled Fundamental Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the financial planning and analysis department, you will drive the annual budgeting process in close collaboration with various departments ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
You will monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance including P&L breakdowns by business unit conduct variance analysis against budgets and prior year figures to support decision-making prepare clear and insightful management reports for internal review and submission to senior leadership and overseas headquarters work cross-functionally to gather relevant operational and financial data for accurate reporting continuously enhance the quality efficiency and clarity of internal reporting processes through process improvements and digital tools

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the annual budgeting process in close collaboration with various departments ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance including P&L breakdowns by business unit.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and prior year figures to support decision-making.
- Prepare clear and insightful management reports for internal review and submission to senior leadership and overseas headquarters.
- Work cross-functionally to gather relevant operational and financial data for accurate reporting.
- Continuously enhance the quality efficiency and clarity of internal reporting processes through process improvements and digital tools.

Tax & Compliance Support:
We oversee the application and compliance processes for local tax incentive schemes maintain and update tax-related information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
