TCM Clinic Receptionist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented TCM clinic receptionist to assume key responsibilities in our healthcare organization.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with TCM physicians to manage daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless workflow and excellent patient care.
  • Respond to phone calls, address customer inquiries, and provide timely assistance to meet their needs.
  • Schedule appointments and register patients efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain inventory of medications and supplies.
  • Distribute medication and oversee stock levels, guaranteeing prompt availability.
  • Collect payments from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCE N, O Level or Nitec qualification;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work 5.5 days per week.
