Job Title: Healthcare Support Assistant

Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a support assistant in a healthcare setting. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare equipment and treatment rooms to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, therapists, and other departments to provide excellent service.
  • Document client responses to treatment and update client files accurately.
  • Perform basic prescribed treatments under the guidance of qualified therapists.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas, and change linen regularly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities are required.
  • A keen attention to detail and a caring nature are necessary for this role.
  • The ability to perform tasks that require physical strength is also essential.
