  • Draft, implement, and refine internal procurement policies, SOPs, and risk control standards.">
  • Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders on procurement risk, supplier management, and compliance issues.">
  • Support and lead procurement-related audits, collaborate with internal audit and legal teams on risk mitigation and improvement tracking.">
  • Drive procurement risk awareness and control education through internal training sessions and policy workshops.">
  • Monitor market and regulatory developments relevant to procurement compliance and incorporate findings into internal frameworks.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.">
  • Procurement or audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CERM) are preferred.">
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement risk, compliance, internal control, or external audit, with a strong track record in managing indirect procurement categories (marketing, HR, services, etc.).">
  • Experience in procurement risk advisory or audit within a Big 4 or professional consulting firm is highly desirable.">
