Job Description

We are seeking a Health System Support Officer to join our team at the Singapore General Hospital. As a Health System Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of our health system, working closely with senior management to ensure the smooth running of our services.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, engagement sessions, and other events involving stakeholders from across the hospital and site teams. You will also be responsible for assisting in the development of tracking and monitoring templates to support efficient planning and implementation of population health initiatives.

In addition, you will be required to collate data for analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making. To succeed in this role, you will need a diploma in any discipline or equivalent, with at least 2 years of working experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, engagement sessions, and other events
  • Assist in developing tracking and monitoring templates
  • Collate data for analysis and provide insights
  • Support interns in delivering RHS programmes

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good organizing and coordinating skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful
