Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Marketing & Content Manager to lead the execution of our social marketing strategy and drive brand growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, with experience in campaign management, content creation, and driving channel growth. They will be responsible for developing and executing a 360-degree social marketing strategy to animate strong and original brand campaigns and product launches anchored in data to help drive profitable brand growth.

The role will require the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including influencer marketing, design, paid media, and e-commerce teams. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a creative thinker who is passionate about social marketing and has a strong understanding of the beauty market. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute impactful content strategies that drive results and engagement across all brand platforms.

The Social Marketing & Content Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand heat, viral awareness, and first-to-market trends for the business. They will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and working closely with line managers to achieve individual and shared KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or digital marketing preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record in campaign management, content creation, and driving channel growth
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (especially TikTok), influencer trends, and beauty market a must
  • Creative thinker and good eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in campaign planning and execution
