Job SummaryWe are seeking a Retail Sport Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a Retail Sport Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the sales floor, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product recommendations, answering customer queries, and resolving customer complaints.
- Manage the sales floor by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Competitive hourly rate of SGD11.5 per hour.
- Monthly bonuses up to 10% of base salary.
