Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) checks for onboarding process and perform periodic CDD reviews.
  2. Provide first-level operational guidance to business teams on compliance and anti-money laundering matters.
  3. Conduct screening and searches as part of the ongoing monitoring process.
  4. Assist with the preparation and submission of FATCA and CRS reporting.
  5. Assist with the preparation and filing of suspicious transaction reports.
  6. Assist with the review and update of relevant internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changes in regulatory requirements.
  7. Assist with the conduct of compliance reviews and follow-ups on audit findings.
  8. Provide support to the head of department in ad-hoc projects and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, accountancy, banking and finance, or law; diploma in law will be considered.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Compliance Executive or similar role.
  3. Keen eye for details and meticulous work.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
