We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Quantity Surveyor and Project Management Executive. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, managing day-to-day communications, and ensuring project completion according to scope, quality, time, and cost.

The successful candidate will possess experience in quantity surveying and/or project management, preferably within the hospitality or building industry. They should also have expertise in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, as well as an eye for design and good product knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Managing project schedules and coordinating with internal and external personnel.
  • Providing advice on contractual claims and preparing payment claims.
  • Maintaining awareness of current building contracts.

The ideal candidate will be creative, meticulous, and able to work independently to meet deadlines. They should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as they will be the primary customer interface during project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and/or project management.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Strong understanding of building contracts and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
