Job Title: Project Planning Expert

The Project Planning Expert is responsible for supporting the tender submission process by reviewing specifications and drawings. This individual will be stationed in HQ to efficiently prepare program schedules, allocate resources, and manage project timelines.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of construction processes, including building, civil, and infrastructure construction sequences. Experience with planning and organizing work schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing Tender specifications and drawings
  • Preparing Programme/critical path/MP Histogram/S Curves etc for tender submission
  • Allocating resources efficiently
  • Identifying potential risks and uncertainties impacting project timelines
  • Developing mitigate measures

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in developing project schedules and delivering projects on time. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
