Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic daily administration support, handling car-related matters and appointments, and working closely with our team to achieve business objectives.

Daily tasks include:

  1. Providing administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  2. Handling inquiries and appointments related to cars and car accidents
  3. Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with inventory management, administration, and database systems
Working Hours and Location

The Operations Administration Coordinator will work full-time hours from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) and Saturdays (9am to 1pm) at our offices in Central, Singapore. We have two locations: 160 Sin Ming Drive, #01-13, Singapore 575722 and 176 Sin Ming Drive, #01-11, Singapore 575721.
