Job Title: MRO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MRO Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing various overhaul, rework, repair and associate operations on aircraft equipment and components.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role within our organization. As an MRO Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, and testing aircraft components in accordance with strict quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform work at cell level to meet production schedules.
  • Assemble, disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and test aircraft components in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals.
  • Promptly resolve any issues that may arise during the repair process.
  • Work closely with supervisors and other support personnel to resolve problems as needed.
  • Adhere to Quality Management Systems (e.g. AS9110C / Airworthiness Part 145 requirement).

Requirements:
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics/ other Aerospace related courses)
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Computer literacy (Knowledge in SAP will be preferred).
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
