Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Warehouse Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience in inventory management and stock control.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless management of stock and supplies.
  • They will process incoming and outgoing raw material/stock, maintaining accurate records and implementing effective inventory control measures.
  • Key responsibilities include receiving goods, verifying condition, and preparing packing lists for efficient dispatch.
  • Supporting stock count, preparation, and verification processes to maintain up-to-date records will also be essential.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records through our ERP system is crucial to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ensuring accuracy in stock records at various locations will promote a culture of precision and reliability.
  • Performing daily pick and pack of stocks for delivery will meet customer demands promptly.
  • Other ad-hoc job projects or duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCE 'N' or 'O' level; ITE certification is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Responsible, meticulous, and a team player with a positive learning attitude.
