Drafter Job Description

As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Team to create detailed drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural/Structural)
  • Ensure design drawings conform to specifications provided
  • Assist Project Team by providing timely shop-drawings and best of knowledge with accurate information for construction
  • Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs/request
  • Develop As-built drawing for submission/handover of the project completion to client/consultants
  • Assist with Tender Bids/Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings

Requirements:

  • Experience in drafting and design software such as AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
