Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance Support: Provide technical support to Project Management / Operations on Quality matters related to clinical packaging, storage and distribution.
  • CAPA Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Change Control and Compliance: Review and approve Change Control, Complaints, and Deviation reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions: Monitor the closure of corrective and preventive actions from client audit, regulatory inspections, complaints, non-conformances and deviations.
  • SOP Management: Manage the site SOP System, including review, update and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality Control Procedures: Approve specifications, sampling instructions and other Quality Control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Validation and Qualification: Review and approve validation/ qualification documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • In-Process Checks: Perform in-process checks during secondary assembly/ packaging activities and inspection of incoming materials, as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree / Diploma preferably in Pharmaceutical or Science disciplines.
