Islandwide Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a qualified and experienced early childhood educator to join our preschool team in an islandwide role.

  • This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work near your home while making a positive impact on young lives.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs to children in the L1/L2/EY1/EY2 age group.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing DECCE, ACEY or HCIC programs, which promote child development and learning outcomes.

  • Foster a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment that adheres to established health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards.
  • Cultivate social and emotional growth, confidence and self-esteem in children through play-based learning and activities.

  • Develop and implement teaching and learning approaches aligned with Curriculum Frameworks to ensure academic excellence.
  • Create stimulating and interactive learning environments that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in understanding the learning and developmental needs of young children from birth to age 8.
  • Employ effective classroom management techniques and document children's progress and learning achievements.
