Strategic Business Development Trainee

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization in a Strategic Business Development role. In this capacity, you will provide support to senior management and department heads across various departments.

  • To offer executive and administrative assistance to senior managers and/or department leaders.
  • To participate in company certification and quality assurance programs.
  • To represent the company at corporate events and trade shows.
  • To update operational manuals and documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • To contribute to strategic planning and implementation of policies and assist senior management with policy implementation.
  • To support digitization efforts and IT administration.
  • To record company meetings and coordinate meetings as committee secretary.
  • To organize internal events and programs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum degree holder with good academic results.
  • Meticulousness, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Preferably, at least one year of working experience in any field.
  • Willingness to rotate between various departments and positions for career progression.
