Job Role: Client Experience Specialist

You play a pivotal part in ensuring the client receives an exceptional KYC experience by managing the transversal pipeline, optimizing pipeline performance within a business group, and synchronizing Next Review Dates of legal entities.

  • Confirm with Business entities to recertify or terminate and inform other legal entities of trigger events occurring within the business group.
  • Ensure that KYC Data Officer utilizes all available internal and external sources for document collection during gap analysis.
  • Collect remaining documents from clients and share reusable documents and/or waivers with other legal entities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients about onboarding/recertification status.
  • Provide assistance to Business for KYC related tasks and handle inquiries quickly to reduce delays.
  • Orchestrate efficient coordination with internal teams and facilitate connection with secondary sites stakeholders when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Compliance (including SOX, Safety Compliance, PCI compliance, Legal Compliance)
