**Job Overview**

You will be part of a dynamic team at WMRC Private Ltd, responsible for originating transactions, executing underwriting and placement activities in debt and equity capital markets. Reporting to the Head of Investment Banking, you will work closely with clients to assess feasibility of IPOs and/or debt issuance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of experience in debt capital markets, corporate finance and/or merger & acquisition (M&A). Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is an added advantage.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing marketing presentation materials, Investment Banking Committee (IBC) papers, and undertaking site visits to meet with clients. You will also review draft prospectuses, liaise with other professionals involved in the transaction, and prepare submission documents to Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).

Additionally, you will arrange for clients to meet with potential institutional investors during book-building, and liaison with solicitors, company and other financial institutions in preparation of underwriting and placement agreements. Your duties will be carried out subject to your registration with the MAS pursuant to the Securities and Futures Act (Cap 289).
