Customer Experience Expert Role

At Worldline, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Expert to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our clients on the use of Worldline systems and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and training to clients on Worldline systems and functionalities
* Share best practices with other Customer Experience Experts
* Resolve client queries and escalations in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues

Requirements

* Fluent in English, with Mandarin a plus
* Bachelor's degree
* 2-3 years of relevant customer experience
* Client-oriented and proactive attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and technical staff at all levels
