Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management team members to deliver comprehensive solutions for high-value clients.
  • Nurture and activate client portfolios to maximize Premier Balance opportunities.
  • Promote a digital-first approach, minimizing in-branch interactions while educating customers on transitioning to online channels.
  • Provide regular market updates, understanding client financial needs and recommending wealth management products tailored to their investment profiles.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities, ensuring portfolio quality and breadth of solutions.
  • Offer financial planning and advisory services aligned with clients' needs and investment goals.
  • Develop proactive relationship management to strengthen and deepen relationships with existing customers, building a strong foundation for customer growth.
  • Understand customers' banking and financial needs, recommending suitable solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:
  • Strong academic qualifications and expertise in Wealth Management, supported by a proven track record of managing clients' portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work individually and collaborate with stakeholders to meet client needs.
  • Highly driven and able to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • Outgoing disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Down-to-earth and resilient individual with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, able to work independently and in a team environment.
