Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Deliver training programs to Service and Kitchen crew, aligned with business objectives and training priorities.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Conduct induction sessions and specific training to foster employee growth and development, and provide hands-on coaching to upskill staff.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify gaps in knowledge or performance and implement effective training solutions.
  • Leadership and Operational Consistency: Ensure that all team members, including managers, consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high operational standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with management to ensure that training objectives align with business goals, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Trainer, ideally in the F&B industry.
