Educational Support Specialist for Early Childhood

As a learning facilitator, you will play a crucial role in providing upstream educational support to children who require additional learning assistance. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about early childhood education and committed to helping young minds grow.
- Develop an educational curriculum with the pedagogy department that aligns with the main curriculum for different subject areas.
- Screen and identify children from nursery to kindergarten who need extra support, providing timely intervention covering language development, literacy skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Closely monitor progress and assess the need for further educational support.
- Collaborate with educators on scheduling educational sessions and deliver individualized instruction.
- Document observations of each child's educational progress and provide senior management with regular updates on their advancement.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in early childhood education with at least 2 years of experience working with children aged 4-6 in an educational setting, as well as L2 certification as a registered educator.
