Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality course materials and assessments, ensuring students receive a comprehensive education in Informatics and IT.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Big Data and Analytics technologies.
  • Support the school's initiatives through involvement in outreach programs, committee work, and events.
  • Coach and mentor students to support their learning and career development.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Management, Data Storytelling, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Text Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, SAS, KNIME, RapidMiner, TIBCO, Alteryx, and Cloud Technology like AWS/Azure.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Data Analytics/Data Engineering/Data Management/Machine Learning in real-world industrial settings with large-scale data.
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to learn new technical domains such as Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning Ops.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
