Project Director: Leadership Role

This is a leadership role for a Project Director who will oversee project progress, risk escalation, and key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for project finance administration, including tracking funding utilization, expense management, and ensuring compliance with established financial policies.
  • Supports project managers in monitoring project timelines, status updates in SAP, and submission of project implementation reviews.
  • Coordinates with departmental PMOs to track time clocking, manage reports on headcount, full-time equivalent utilization, and material resource forecasting.
  • Maintains an inventory of project assets and ensures version control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, science, economics, social sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, administrative, and secretariat-related work.
  • Proactive individual with exceptional multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders at both junior and senior levels.
  • High competency levels in project management tools and video conferencing software such as MS Project, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile.
  • Experience in healthcare, data analytics, and/or research industries is an added advantage.
