Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (NANYANG) PTE. LIMITED. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, overseeing contracts, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage detailed project cost estimates and budgets
  • Oversee the administration of construction contracts and manage documentation
  • Prepare timely payment claims and ensure all claims and variations are included
  • Assist in the preparation of variation orders and assess cost implications
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives and timelines are met
  • Prepare sub-contractor payments and certify work done on site
  • Assist in the measurement of quantities and preparation of costing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience in LTA projects
  • Familiarity with PSSCOC, construction contracts, payment claim processes, and variation order management
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software
  • Strong team player with ability to work under tight schedules
