Job Title: Senior Construction Supervisor - Healthcare Infrastructure

Salary Range: SGD 8,500 - SGD 12,000 per month

Job Description:

As a Senior Construction Supervisor at JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of healthcare infrastructure projects. Your key duties will include supervising contractors to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards. You will also maintain a Site Diary, document events, and oversee installation details for code compliance.

You will attend progress and technical meetings while resolving coordination issues with stakeholders. Additionally, you will ensure timely submission, review, and approval of drawings, submittals, and samples. Furthermore, you will plan and conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning schedules with all relevant parties.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma level in Architectural / Architectural Technology or a related field. You should also have 4-5 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy within the built environment sector.

Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting and 3D Sketchup software is advantageous. You should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
