Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobility Industry Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the SKYLINK Group Holdings PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

About the Role

The Mobility Industry Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring. This includes handling applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements. As the primary point of contact for work pass matters, the successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing.

The role also involves utilizing Info-Tech software to manage HR functions, including e-attendance, leave applications, and claims submissions. Additionally, the Mobility Industry Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist staff with the use of Info-Tech systems, troubleshooting any issues and coordinating with relevant teams for support as needed.

An essential aspect of this role is managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents, conducting tours, and handling exit formalities. The successful candidate will provide an orientation tour to all new hires, familiarizing them with the company culture, facilities, and key personnel.

As a critical member of the HR team, the Mobility Industry Talent Acquisition Specialist will prepare and distribute company memos and communications in both English and Chinese to ensure clear and effective communication across all levels. They will also support general office administration tasks as needed and assist in organizing company festive events and celebrations, coordinating venues, and materials to promote team engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, including recruitment, preferably in the automotive or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Info-Tech software is required.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare written communications in both languages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
