About This Role
As a project manager, you will lead large-scale projects that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics island-wide. You will coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned projects. Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor, implement and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to management when needed.
  • Manage relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project.
  • Deep understanding in Agile development for software products.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills.
  • Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching.
  • Self-driven; results- and customer-oriented.
