Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Test Development Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing test programs for digital, power management, RF & mixed signal integrated circuits using automated test equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged ICs.

You will also design test hardware load boards and probe cards, work closely with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up, and production release activities. Additionally, you will debug digital test patterns and device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage, and Temperature), involve in production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.

Operation of automatic wafer probers, test handlers is also an essential part of this job. High-level collaboration and interaction with different hardware, product engineering, design engineering, quality engineering, and foundry engineering teams is required.

  • Design Test Hardware Load Boards and Probe Cards
  • Work Closely with Design Engineers on First Silicon Debug, Device Characterization, Test Program Bring Up, and Production Release Activities
  • Debug Digital Test Patterns and Device Characterization Across PVT (Process, Voltage, and Temperature)
  • Involve in Production Release, Yield Improvement, and Test Time Reduction
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • Good Knowledge of Digital and Analog Electronics, Able to Write Scripts Using Python is Desired
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability with Desire to Perform Hands-On Work within a Lab Environment
