Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top technical talent in ASEAN, using creative and cost-effective methods. A strong understanding of professional social media tools like LinkedIn is essential, as well as experience with various sourcing techniques.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and persuade people. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outbound recruiting plans, creating effective marketing campaigns, and maintaining relationships with top talent communities. Your expertise in strategic sourcing, recruitment, and human resources will enable us to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates using a variety of creative, cost-effective, and diverse methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and internet research.* Develop and implement outbound recruiting plans to proactively approach prospective candidates and talent pools.* Use analytical, data-driven sourcing strategies to produce effective and efficient search results.* Market and sell the message in a compelling way to top talent.* Develop the employment brand in the external marketplace.* Understand and monitor our competition and report market recruitment trends.* Identify key skills required for specific roles and create targeted marketing campaigns to attract top talent.* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, application processes, and interview schedules.* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.* Develop and maintain relationships with top talent communities, ensuring they are aware of available opportunities within the company.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in recruitment and talent acquisition.* Contribute to the achievement of business objectives through effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience engaging and recruiting technical talent in ASEAN.* Experience with a variety of sourcing techniques.* Solid experience with professional social media tools like LinkedIn.* Ability to think like a marketer and create unique and effective marketing campaigns to select talent communities.* Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire and persuade people with a consultative approach.* Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
