Job Description

The Content Creation Assistant role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary agency environment. As an intern, you will assist senior team members on various projects, focusing on content creation and management.


Main Responsibilities
  • Brand Advocacy – maintaining a strong online presence across multiple platforms.
  • Representing the agency positively through authentic engagement and active participation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to converse confidently.
  • Contributing to ideation processes and discussions.
  • Assisting in day-to-day project management tasks.
  • Analyzing and translating project briefs for the team.
  • Promoting assets and information as needed.
  • Responding to communication channels (group chat, email, etc.).
  • Staying up-to-date on project timelines (internal and external) and updates.
  • Scheduling internal meetings and work-in-progress sessions.
  • Supporting content ideation, management, and production of artworks or photography sessions.
  • Creating mood boards and sourcing props for creative productions.
  • Maintaining an open-minded attitude towards learning new skills that contribute to team growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have 0 years of experience working in design agencies, covering various disciplines like copywriting, brand development, marketing, or managerial roles.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous internships in related fields.
  • Education background in Visual Communication Design or Communication Science.
  • High activity in student organizations during university.
  • Familiarity with marketing communications and design.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong visual eye and attention to detail.
  • Affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics.
  • Knowledge of design software and understanding of design principles.
  • Able to develop simple and elegant ideation approaches to design problems.
  • Strong work ethic and good team player.
