Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Growth Strategist to lead our business development efforts in Southeast Asia and China.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of market analysis and competitor research. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business growth strategy to expand our presence in the education industry.

This includes:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.
  • Developing and implementing a business growth strategy to expand our presence in Southeast Asia and China.
  • Supporting business expansion locally and globally.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with the China market and proficiency in Mandarin are highly desirable.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in business development.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and competitor research.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the China market and proficiency in Mandarin.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
