Key Role: Site Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of designated sites, working closely with site managers to deliver exceptional property services.

  • Site Management: Collaborate with site managers to ensure smooth daily operations, utilizing superb organizational skills to develop and implement effective site management strategies.
  • Project Support: Assist in ensuring project success by preparing safe and efficient operating environments within commercial/industrial buildings.
  • Maintenance and Emergency Planning: Take proactive measures to maintain sites, developing emergency/crisis management plans and staying on top of deadlines for term contract fees and ad hoc invoices.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors/vendors, ensuring compliance with timelines and standards, while auditing and inspecting sites/systems for defects, suggesting solutions, and procuring quotations.

A strong presence of mind is essential for this role, as the ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, positivity, and a can-do attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also necessary, as well as expertise in property management, customer experience, inventory control, and written communication.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the successful candidate to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial.
