Event Concept Designer

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Event Concept Designer. We are seeking a highly creative and experienced professional who can develop innovative event concepts that engage, inform, and motivate target audiences.

About the Role:

  • Develop creative concepts, themes, and design directions for events based on client briefs and brand guidelines
  • Create mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D visualizations, and presentations to communicate design ideas
  • Collaborate with production, technical, and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency
  • Research industry trends and innovative technologies to enhance event concept

Responsibilities:

  1. Pitches
  2. - Develop creative concepts, themes, and design directions for events based on client briefs and brand guidelines
  3. - Create mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D visualizations, and presentations to communicate design ideas
  4. - Collaborate with production, technical, and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency
  5. - Research industry trends and innovative technologies to enhance event concept
  6. Execution
  7. - Translate approved creative concepts into detailed execution plans, drawings, and specifications
  8. - Work with production managers, technical teams, and fabricators to ensure feasibility of designs
  9. - Supervise on-site setup and installation to guarantee accurate implementation of design concept
  10. - Provide creative guidance during rehearsals, show runs, and event execution
  11. Post-Event Report
  12. - Prepare detailed post-event reports, including creative highlights, design execution, client feedback, and lessons learned
  13. - Collect and organize event documentation (photos, videos, renderings, design boards, and project notes)
  14. - Curate and design event portfolios that showcase past projects for marketing proposals and client presentations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Arts / Design / Visual Communications or equivalent field.
  • Good knowledge of design software skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Premier Pro, Blender, etc.
  • Good knowledge in video editing, graphic design, illustration, and brand design.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn and progress to the management role.
  • Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, acute vision.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and illustrative).
