Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the installation of ceiling and partition systems.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain hands-on expertise in ceiling and partition installation work, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Accurately calculate materials needed and communicate effectively with the office to facilitate timely ordering.
  • Develop an understanding of drawings and efficiently plan work sequences to optimize productivity.
  • Lead a team of workers by motivating and managing their efforts to achieve shared goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication among workers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly on the job site, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Possess strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices, adhering to industry standards.
  • Possession of a Class 3 Driving license is preferred.
  • Familiarity with BCSS/WAHS protocols is essential.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret drawings are required.
