We are seeking a Compliance and Contract Management Executive to join our team at Cornerstone Global Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts. A strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts is necessary, along with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout project life cycles, identify and mitigate contractual risks, and resolve disputes as needed. You will also develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices, review and negotiate terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.

A degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience as a Contract Manager in the construction or engineering industry, are required. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and risk management is also essential. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office is required, as well as attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.
