Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer extension, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business needs.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across various career sites and job boards, while collaborating with agencies on approved roles.
  • Partner closely with HR and hiring managers to understand requirements and shape sourcing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial screenings for skills, fit, and experience.
  • Coordinate interviews smoothly, from scheduling to logistics for both in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Communicate updates, feedback, and follow-ups to provide candidates with a professional experience.
  • Support hiring managers during interviews and facilitate evaluation discussions for fair decisions.
  • Organize and manage assessments, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
  • Prepare offers, manage approvals, and negotiate compensation packages aligned with industry benchmarks.
  • Keep stakeholders updated throughout the hiring process, setting clear expectations and ensuring transparency.
  • Advise on fair hiring practices in line with employment guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in recruitment with exposure to external agency recruiting along with internal talent acquisition.
  • Experience with recruitment tracking systems; familiarity with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
