We're seeking a skilled professional to join our Growth Marketing team, which is responsible for delivering user and revenue growth across our products globally.

As a member of this fast-growing team, you'll be part of a collaborative environment with deep expertise and conviction in the crypto space.

The Role

  • Affiliate Recruitment and Management: Identify and recruit new affiliates in APAC and MENA, focusing on Futures.
  • Regional Affiliates Management: Manage and nurture relationships with top regional affiliates.
  • Data Analysis: Dive into data to identify areas of opportunity and share regular performance updates.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor affiliate content to enforce regional and product-specific compliance.
  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Plan and execute regular placement, commission, incentive, and creative tests to improve program metrics.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with marketing stakeholders to support go-to-market strategy and regional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Crypto Interest: Personal interest in crypto and blockchain technology.
  • Marketing Expertise: 4+ years of experience in KOL or affiliate marketing in traditional finance or crypto.
  • Global Experience: Global experience required; experience working with affiliates in APAC and/or MENA strongly preferred.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate placements, payout structures, and terms with KOLs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
  • Innovative Partnership: Creativity and persistence to pursue unconventional partnerships.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Analysis: Exceptional data analysis skills and a strong understanding of performance KPIs.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an asynchronous environment.
