Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our daily learning experiences, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

  • Design and implement engaging curriculum and practices to support children's development and create a stimulating learning space.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the classroom and ensure routine care duties are carried out effectively.
  • Conduct observations and documentation of children's learning, preparing portfolios for each child.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with families to support their child's growth and well-being.
  • Model a positive mindset and be a creative role model for the children.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity is preferred, although candidates without experience will also be considered.
  • Hold an Early Childhood Certification for L1 English.
  • Be able to converse with students in both English and Mandarin.
