Job Description

As a key member of our dynamic AI/ML team, you will design, develop, and validate machine learning models for problems such as predictive maintenance, operational optimization, and AI agents. You'll work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate research prototypes into AI-powered solutions that drive business value.

  • Design, develop, and validate machine learning models.
  • Fine-tune models to make them more accurate and perform better.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to get the right data ready for models and understand it well.
  • Help get models ready and put them into action so they can be used by our products or services.
  • Monitor performance and fix any issues that come up.
  • Stay up-to-date with new ML techniques and find ways to apply them to our challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models.
  • Strong skills in Python and familiar with ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
  • A good understanding of common machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
  • The ability to work with data, including cleaning and preparing it for models.
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
