The Impact Director plays a pivotal role in driving organisational excellence through data-driven insights, innovation, and people development.

This position will lead the organisation towards sustainable growth by fostering an innovative culture that enhances workforce capabilities through targeted upskilling and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include developing robust frameworks to measure social impact across services, partnering with relevant agencies to ensure alignment with sector-wide initiatives, and designing studies to evaluate service progress and outcomes.

A comprehensive organisational impact assessment is synthesised from collected data, providing a holistic view of the organisation's value creation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Impact Measurement & Communication:
    • Develop frameworks to measure social impact across services
    • Partner with agencies to ensure alignment with sector-wide initiatives
    • Design studies to evaluate service progress and outcomes
    • Synthesise impact data from each service to create a comprehensive organisational impact assessment
  • Service Innovation and Transformation:
    • Collaborate with service heads to redesign offerings for greater effectiveness and equity
    • Implement user-centric technology solutions to enhance and integrate service delivery systems
    • Champion data-informed decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • People & Processes:
    • Foster collaboration and develop resilient teams through innovative leadership models
    • Equip programme staff with relevant skillsets in impact measurement and service innovation
    • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning and continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or Nonprofit Management
  • Proven experience in leading impact measurement and reporting for more than 5 years
  • Experience in service design, rapid prototyping, and co-creation
  • Ability to navigate complexity and lead across silos
  • Strategic communication skills, including storytelling, data visualisation, and funder engagement
